Gaviota Action – Take Action to Preserve the Gaviota Coast

Project Description: Web site and e-newsletter communications design and management for Gaviota Action. The Gaviota Coast in Santa Barbara County, California is the largest intact remnant of Mediterranean coastal ecosystems in the United States. GaviotaAction.org provides a clearinghouse of information for people concerned about the future of the Gaviota Coast. Formed with the support of the Naples Coalition and the Gaviota Coast Conservancy, the site offers a comprehensive calendar of hearings and public comment opportunities related to various Gaviota development projects.

Features: Web site design and development for Gaviota Action, which includes a content management system for easy updates. E-mail newsletter broadcast design and management during critical time periods when public hearings were held to determine the future of the Gaviota Coast.
