Earth Day 2008

The 2008 South Coast Earth Day Festival in Santa Barbara was the biggest yet – more than 10,000 people attended! The event theme, "Reduce Your Eco-Footprint," emphasized personal ways to reduce impacts on the planet. Volunteers at the Eco-Footprint tent helped attendees measure their carbon footprints, using a bank of solar-powered computers.
